Requirements:
- Seek an Associate or Assistant Professor position at a renowned NAAC accredited university, possessing a minimum of 7 to 10 years of teaching experience and professional exposure to Online Learning/Open and Distance Learning.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of the four-quadrant approach as per UGC & SWAYAM Guidelines. Serve as an e-learning specialist, with a track record of technical coordination for module development and expertise in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with various Academic Departments or Schools of Studies that offer Online Programs, the Examination Cell for conducting Proctored Examinations, and the Registrar's office for compliance and other administrative matters.
- Contribute to curriculum and course material development, offer assistance to learners in overcoming academic challenges, and participate in extracurricular and institutional support initiatives when necessary.
