Zoology programme deals with study of animal kingdom including habits, habitat, lifecycle, ecological interaction and adaptation to changing environment.
The programme on M.Sc. Zoology beside providing conceptual and practical knowledge related to basic and applied field of zoology also aims to provide skills related to advanced analytical techniques utilized in zoological studies with an objective to impart research aptitude among students. The curriculum is enriched with seminar presentation, industrial visit and report writing enhance communication and presentation skills with dissertation being a compulsory part inculcates critical thinking ability to design and develop solutions to problems related to environment, health and society.

Pharmaceutical industries, vetenary, marine biologist, ecologist and others. In Zoology discipline opportunities for entrepreneurship development are also available such animal husbandry, polutary farms and others.
