An Institute which strives to be alive and pulsating gives as much importance to sports as to academics. Sports keep one physically fit and emotionally balanced thereby enabling holistic development of an individual. Sports inculcate the qualities of camaraderie, sportsmanship, and mutual trust. The Sports Committee of Law College Dehradun was set up on 21st August 2018 comprising of few faculty members and students as coordinators. The prime objective behind the formation of this society is to hone & inculcate decision-making skills, build self-esteem & confidence, and to accept judgment in a sportive way. The society keeps the students well informed of all the organizational activities and encourages them to practice sports and pass their leisure time actively. Sports foster team spirit, leadership skills, and cooperation.

Sports Committee provides opportunities to the students and motivates them to represent the college in internal as well as external events. The committee aims to provide a conducive environment and organizes frequent tournaments for active participation of the students, thereby giving them an arena to develop mentally as well as physically.
